I find it really irritating when people argue with me about the health benefits of milk. Yes, it is bad for you. No it will not be good for your bones, reverse osteoporosis, or be beneficial to your health. The reason they suggest you consume dairy products is so you have to seek medical attention regarding the symptoms of consuming dairy products. Therefore you end up spending more money on drugs to prevent these symptoms. The FDA & drug industry go hand in hand. Learn your facts before you preach.

In my 21 years of existence, I have finally found the one person who I can’t wait to wake up to everyday, tell him I love him, & to constantly support. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better man to spend the rest of my days with; this picture describes my everlasting love for him. My heart races every time I see his face, hear his voice, or kiss him.
